I am a 20 year old community college student with a 3.3 overall GPA and a strong desire to be apart of the maritime community, particularly in the field of Admiralty (Maritime) Law. I currently work on and am comfortable being around the water and would like very much to attend one of the state maritime academies or possibly even Kings Point. That being said, which of these institutions would best support my efforts in persuing a career in maritime law or give me the best shot at gaining acceptance to one of the law schools with a maritime related JD program (Roger Williams, Tulane)? Which school has the best reputation within this field and with the law schools themselves? Any answers are much appreciated.
