Admissible Packets

Hello, I was confused to when admissible packets were released. The instructions manual states that they are periodically released. However the only items available to me are forms/instructions+accept/decline option and the admit kit: POC, tatoo, personal info. Has the admissible been released? Since I have not accepted the appointment offer now, would additional information be withheld until I have accepted? I think to my understanding that the Creed and boots info is withheld. Thank you.
 
You will get the admissible packets on your portal after you accept. The longer you wait/later it is, the more that will show up all at once.

No sure about USMA, but for USAFA, most forms are not available until you accept the appointment.
 
I'm not sure why you'd want to start on your packet if you haven't accepted, but they show up after you tell them you'll be there. Otherwise, why would they want the info on you?
