I was hoping I could get some insight in to this. I asked my RD when my file was going to go before the board, and he said "it has already gone before the board and you will be hearing from us late feb/early march."

I know this probably means nothing in particular, but if anyone has insight please let me know. I'm just so anxious to hear! I'm a female, 3 Qed, 2 noms.

MOST people with completed applications and one or more noms who get news in Feb and early March find out it's good news. However, I would not yet start jumping for joy as one never knows.

Does your RD usually know if your file has gone before the board?

12fahanp, that should answer your question. BGOs will sometimes know if your file goes before the board, as well.
