AFROTC Academy Nomination

I am a graduating high school senior and I applied to USAFA this year. Unfortunately, I received a qualified but no vacancy letter. I am enrolling in AFROTC next year and I am going to reapply to USAFA. Can someone describe the process for receiving an academy nomination through AFROTC.
