Thanksgiving? That kind of contradicts the timeframe mentioned.

Before thanksgiving. Just passing on what I was told.

Well thats me out.....

My cadre said that we should definitely hear by the end of the week hopefully tomorrow. Our operations officer said they are starting to hear some chatter about it. So hopefully soon y'all. By the way does anybody know the breakdown that they look at for picking our AFSC?

The Non-Rated OML is as follows (as per info last year):

SATe: 25%
RSS: 40%
cGPA: 25%
PFA: 10%

But you also have to take into consideration what you QUALIFY for(i.e. only engineers can be engineers).

I heard the same here - apparently our Col actually got the list last week at the Commanders' conference, but they're reviewing it for accuracy so he can't share the results until they say so - hopefully today or tomorrow.

Det was just told they wouldn't drop this week. :/

Same here. Said hopefully beginning of next week.

I wish in a way that they would stop giving us "updates" and getting our hopes up and just let them drop when they drop.

I just got picked up for RPA on the supplemental rated boards 2 weeks ago. Originally I had it ranked "low preference", but my commander switched it to "high preference" thinking that I wanted any rated position.

When non-rated AFSC's come out, will I get something? I kind of want to pick between the two, but wasn't sure if I'm locked into RPA or not. My Det Commander is TDY for the next week so I don't have the chance to ask him.
You will, then you "decide" which one you want.

How confident are you about this? Because my cadre don't seem to know if I will even get an AFSC anymore.

This is starting to get a tad ridiculous. We have probably one of the smallest commissioning classes across the board so that should mean less work to do right?

I totally agree!

But that's what I learned, during the FT EA results (2013, I am a 5 year)
We waited like a month to get our results.. It sucks but that's how it is.

I just hope Active Duty isn't like that :p :p
