Son'a "application tracker" on the AFROTC site just today updated to indicate that he recieved a scholarship. Does he have to wait for snail mail to learn what type of scholarship it is, and to where it was awarded, or is there some other way to learn that information sooner? thanks all for your help.

    Call, fax or email.

Some folks have learned the details by calling the number or emailing the address listed on the application tracker. I imagine they're busy with similar requests for information, including mine. Congratulations by the way!

From the app tracker on the website:
I remember seeing earlier that you can call them to find out. I'm going to call tomorrow.

By the way, congratulations on the scholarship

Thanks all for your kind replies and information. Son has worked hard to keep his options open--AROTC scholarship, AFA appointment, and now AFROTC. If it were me I'd be bragging, but it seems to be just another day for him!!! I'll ask him to call tomorrow. Congratulations to all, and good luck to those still waiting to hear.
