AFROTC FT Items?

Hello all,

Obviously I'm bringing up the rear by attending Max 6 in less than two weeks and I was wondering if there's anything I need to bring to FT that isn't on the list of required items. For example, I know to bring such necessities as nail clippers, lint rolls and et cetera, but I'm not all the way sure as to what else I should bring. For instance, do I need to bring my own camelback or are they supplied to us once we get to Maxwell?

Any list of miscellaneous items would be greatly appreciated, trust me!
 
They will give you a camelback when you get there. Bring envelopes that are ready to be mailed. You will literally have no free time the 1st week or so. With that being said if you get 1-2 min of free time scribble a quick note and send it out.

If you have time get some Under Armour ABU Socks and shirts. They really are pretty nice and dry out over night so you can re-wear them the next day. I would bring a extra lock if you can, a few people in my flight lost there the 1st few days in garrison.

Duct Tape works wonders in any situation so be sure and bring a roll. Finally bring an extra pack of pens, pencils and an extra notebook. Be sure and tape any cardboard cover over with duct tape, otherwise its gonna be done after the 1st week.

Best of Luck! The days go slow and the weeks go fast. Oh yeah and be sure you have some fun down there!
