I believe that I read that the AFROTC ICSP's that were issued and then revolked have been re-instated...

Has anybody heard whether there is going to be a Phase 2 for ICSP this year?

While I can't address your first question, I do know there is a board in February for ICSP.

My son's detachment had two 3.5 year scholarships awarded last week. Moral of the story: if not selected for HSSP, get involved at the detachment first semester freshman year, take on responsibilities, establish a good GPA and your hard work can pay off. My son was one of the awardees. He was disappointed by the HSSP results, but did not give up and hit the ground running.
