AFROTC Interview

My DD has here AFROTC application complete(for about 1 month) except for her PFA. She wants to wait just a little longer to get better on her push ups. When will she be contacted for an interview? Do they wait until she has her PFA uploaded?

If I recall correctly from 2 years ago, DS was contacted for the interview but it wasn't until everything was uploaded for the application.

If she is also applying to USAFA they will typically not schedule an interview, the ALO will submit it.

Otherwise, zrx is correct they will wait until the file is complete before scheduling an interview, thus the longer she waits to take the PFA, the longer it will take to move onto the interview step.

Submission

Everything must be completed before an interview invitation is extended. Also, the earlier it is totally completed and submitted, the better.
