AFROTC Stipend issues

Hello, have any HSSP, ICSP, or any scholarship AS200s for that matter received a stipend whatsoever this semester?

I talked to my cadre but they really have no idea, and no other AS200s in my large detachment have been paid either. Just wondering when it can be expected or if anyone has been paid yet. Fortunately I have a job and savings so I'm ok, but it would definitely be nice to get the stipend! I remember I was paid at least once by this time last year. Thank you!
 
I think every year it varied for my DS as a scholarship recipient. I think for his 300 year he didn't get it until mid-end of Oct. and then it came down fast and furious, he got his TDY for SFT, book and back pay within days of each other.
 
There was an issue with cadet pay at HQ in August and it resulted in some of the transactions not being processed. Along with that there was a start and stop pay transaction that was not completed at the beginning of the semester. All have been rectified as of now but unfortunately it did delay some of the payments
