AFROTC vs. ArmyROTC for NURSING ??

kinnem is correct...at least from what I understand.
This is also my understanding.
HS students are pre-nursing. Rising jr yr they get accepted into the nursing program.
Not sure if you mean college freshman/sophomores are "pre-nursing". If so that is not necessarily correct.
My polish pea brain has it in my mind that last year the AFROTC det. worked with her for SFT because academically she needed to do her nurse requirements to graduate on time.
Absolutely correct. Her Detachment arranged for her to enter the first SFT session in order for her to take a class that she needed to meet the requirements of her HSSP. Ended up that she didn't actually need to take the class (3rd foreign language class) because the AF granted her a waiver for the two credits.
Funny that aglages and agalahad have such close monikers.
We are actually the same person. It is just my/our way of messing with Pima.
For me as a parent that is deciding between AF and Army. I would be pming both of them. They get nursing.
If you haven't actually spoken to any AFROTC Nursing cadets, and think talking to one might be beneficial; PM me and I will give you my daughter's cell phone number. She is the REAL authority on what AFROTC Nursing is actually all about.
