After receiving a qualified letter from DODMERB, is there anything else that is left to do in order to complete the scholarship process?

The scholarship offer letter you received provides you the instructions. U may wish to read it again

I think what happens depends on where you are applying. For AROTC the final sequnce seems to be:
- DODMERB Approved
- Sign document confirming your school of choice/request scholarship change to a new school (this occured in May for us).
- Each school's ROTC battalion then sends out further paper work. From what I have seen, some schools send this over the summer and some wait until the student arrives in the fall.

I expect this process varies for Navy, AF, etc and is also different from the acadamies.
