AIM question

My son applied for the AIM program. His school guidence teacher told us that she mailed out his school transcript and LOR to the CGA on March 23 mailing.

My question: is there a way to find out if CGA received his high school stuff. He received email today as reminder to make sure to send in his high school transcripts. Should I call CGA phone they provided in the email? I get worry about when someone else is doing something for me that is really important that I rather to do myself to know it was done correctly.

I am new at this (college stuff). I am on boy number 1

I would call admissions to check.

I would agree with officer that a call to admissions is a good idea, but I would also add that you should have your son call admissions and not call for him.

My son received the same form email and he sent an email to Admissions and they emailed back saying that they had received everything that was supposed to be sent in.

I had my son call and their recording stated once they confirm they receive it they will email my son.

He just receive the email of confirmation. Now, the wait.
