When you get to do an organized sport, do you get to practice the sport of your choice?

Not at AIM. The sport is predesignated, and you play with your company at whatever the sport is that day. Think college intermurals, for the pride of the company. It gets pretty rowdy with the Cadre trying to coach their AIMsters into beating the other companies, and by extension, the Cade's classmates.

However, I do remember being able to meet the coaches of all the sports during AIM, if that helps.

They will be assigned a company the day they get there for AIM. Unlike with Swab Summer, Aimsters really don't find out much until they arrive for the program.

It was raining the day we got to play, so we played indoor basketball. It is not a big deal. Just allows the cadre to see if you are able to interact with people. Just enjoy and put some effort.
