A student pilot at Laughlin AFB, Texas received his wings on Friday, May 20th, becoming the first amputee to graduate Air Force pilot training.

An excellent story!

Also illustrates one point I try to get across: getting medically qualified for aviation has many pitfalls; however, once you have started training they do everything they can to keep you flying.
