If you have had alcohol in the past (parents let you try their's) and such in the DoDMerB medical history, should u choose yes for the question have u used it in the past?
 
If you have USED ALCOHOL in the past......are you really asking if you should TELL THE TRUTH on a LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT?
 
parents letting you try a sip of their wine i dont think qualifies as USING it. because i clicked yes and it asked me about my treatment for it...doesn't make sense.
 
You selected "yes" for using alcohol. If the questionnaire then asks about treatment, just put down what you've stated here, that your parent let you try some, no treatment.

Pretty easy, and it won't raise any flags.
 
The question to be answered is: "Have you ever or do you now use any of the following: Alcohol (Amount, frequency, treatment, if any)."

Straight forward question that should be answered honestly and completly.:thumb:
