The corps of cadets marched Wednesday, April 18, 2012, during a regimental review in honor of the federal service academy superintendents at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, Conn. Regimental reviews are part of military traditions and ceremonies, which serve to develop poise, confidence, speaking skills, teamwork and leadership.

Great photo, but missing one name. Is that Richard Gere at far end?

I believe that's one of the two "acting" Asst Superintendent's of the USCGA.

The man at the far end is CAPT Finton, he's the Director of Admissions and I believe like Luigi said, he's been one of the rotating acting Assistant Supes. CAPT Fitzgerald (the CoC prior to CAPT O'Connor) has also been filling in.
