On the dodmerb website it says I'm disqualified for D123.21. I was wondering if this was waiverable by USNA. Thank you in advance for all of your help.

If you are currently receiving allergy immunotherapy then it may be a little more difficult to get a waiver, especially if you have a year or more to go before completion of the immunotherapy.

Do I just wait for them to decide if I receive a waiver or is there anything I can do. Also would I have a better chance if I stopped taking the shots. Thanks again for your help.

Review some of my other posts, I go into great detail on what you can do.

That is something that needs to be decided between you and your physician. If you discontinue the shots to early then you could run into another disqualification for the allergies themselves.
