APFT Situp

This is a really silly question but I have to ask to clarify. Are the feet held during the situp or free (like the video link). For USMA the feet were held but maybe for AROTC they are not? http://www.usma.edu/admissions/shared documents/cfa_instructions.pdf

Are you referring to the CFA or the APFT? 2 different tests. Feet are held on both. Additionally, the APFT is administered the same regardless of location, army wide.

Bull, I was referring to the APFT. In the ROTC packet I received they had a link to a video that demonstrated sit-ups and the guys feet were not held. Thanks for clarifying.
