Apostrophes?

Hi. I've finished writing my Personal Statement and I've uploaded it to my application but when I check on the summary and submission page, all my apostrophes turned into ¿

I've tried changing the word doc into a text file, manually converting back to apostrophes, and I'm going to try uploading from a PC at school instead of my MacBook. Just wondering if anyone had ideas or this problem? Thanks!

I think you are on the right track by using a text file. If you can move the file to a PC and use a text editor program called "wordpad" it is usually more friendly to being pasted onto an application.

Didn't work on the PC. Emailed admissions to see what they say!

You know admissions sees this sort of technical issue all the time. I don't think it will adversely affect you. Check with your BGO for his/her opinion.
