I received the NROTC National Scholarship and was disqualified for Diplopia (D154.00) after having my remedial exam. I had two exam reviews (March 16th and April 11th). I want to repeal my waiver. Who do I contact in order to start this process?
P.S. I am starting the Fall 2011 semester at ODU and am lost on how to pay for that now! Is there any way my waiver could possibly be approved before my term begins??
