So I started filling out the activities section on the ROTC application, and I had hit submit thinking I was saving it. But last week I received a letter from Cadet Command which had a sheet with my activities but much of the information was either wrong or missing. I'm supposed to have a guidance counselor verify my activities, is there some way to change the sheet so it has all my activites on there accurately?

Thanks it is army, but how can I have my counselor sign the sheet, should i just print off my changes and staple it to the sheet it was sent? Would that work?

Take the sheet they sent you and write in all the activities that are missing and make any changes needed by hand. Have your counselor sign the revised sheets.

Make sure you keep a copy for your records.

After a couple weeks call the ROO at your #1 school and have them look up your application and make sure it matches the changes you made to the sheet they sent you.

My son had submitted his application last year before he had leisted any activities at all....Long Story...He did the same as I mentioned above and everything he had written down on the sheet was added to the application by Cadet Command.

Just make sure you keep a copy and double check with the ROO to make sure everything makes it onto the application. You can make revisions and additions up to the cutoff date for the first board, which is usually about 2 weeks maybe less before the board meets.

Good Luck

Thanks, I contacted Cadet Command and they said the same thing so I stapled a sheet to the one they sent with a little note explaining the problem and I'll have my counselor send the whole thing in.
