"Application Error"

    I have a problem with checking the status of my application on the website, after I enter my info it says
    "We are having problems processing your request. Please call 1-800-750-7682, press option 5, then press option 2 and you will be connected to a processor who can assist you."
    and it has been this way since October, the day after the board met. I called the number and they said it would go back to normal and I emailed someone also, but they have not told me much about what it means. I tried the number a few weeks ago and got a machine and haven't received a call back, maybe they are busy or didn't get it, I'm not sure. The phone number also says to beware that they switched the extension numbers so, could the numbers on the website just be wrong? Does anybody else have this problem? Before it had a checklist with all my papers that had been turned in, like transcripts and the fitness test but now it always says they can't process my request. Thanks

    How about telling us which ROTC you are applying to, and have you tried talking to a recruiting officer at the school you are looking to attend? That might be helpful.
