Application Question about LORs

    Can anyone tell me if page 2 of Part III of the application is only for the Guidance Counselor to fill in, or do the other teachers supplying a LOR need to fill this in as well (like a cover sheet to their letter)?

    The directions state who needs to fill out what part of the form. If my memory serves me correctly your letter of recommendation folks only need to send the letter.

    Thank you for responding...many people read this post but you were the only one to answer! Either it's a dumb question or I wasn't clear in what I was looking for :) The directions on the form were straight forward, but they are addressed to the "school official". What made me question it was that the bottom section was a checklist for transcript, scores, class rank, etc. which would make me think it was only for the Guidance Counselor to fill out, but the top assessment portion seem more like something the classroom teacher would know more than the Guidance Counselor. Maybe I'm the only one that was confused...

    could you perhaps say what exactly Part III contains? its been awhile since i had to fill mine out, i dont exactly remember which items were in what Part:wink: if you can tell me what the forms are like, and what information theyre looking for, i might be able to help you out.
