How do you know your application is complete? All the green checks are there but there is no confirmation.Does the academy notify you when all is done? Thanks

Have you had your physical? Last year, we could not get our physical done until our application was completed, so when West Point contacted me about getting my eye and medical test done, that's how I knew.

I am all done with everything.DODMERB/CFA...ETC.Everything is complete.I am medically qualified. Thanks

Once your application is complete, it will be reviewed. They will determine if your are qualified or not during that review. The process can take a while because it has to go through several checks by admissions officers and members of the academic board. You will be alerted to your status after that. That will come by mail (not likely during a furlough) or by a letter posted to your portal (most likely). At this point in the year, it would tell you that you are qualified pending Nomination and/or Medical.

So do they determine this before 7th semester transcripts are received (sometime in January)?

They can, but qualification is always contingent up to the point of R-day. 7th semester transcripts have to be in before the file completion deadline and they will be reviewed. Can't slack on 7th or 8th semester transcripts. Remember, qualification is not acceptance. It just means you are competing.
