Academy first
The Academy is on a rolling admissions cycle,meaning it is to your advantage to get that done as soon as possible. The nominations are not rolling,at least in most cases (confirm with your MOC's) so it doesn't matter if it is done tomorrow or the day before the deadline, SO LONG AS IT IS IN ON TIME! I cannot stress that enough!
