Apply now or Wait?

Ive completed most of my application except:

CFA
BGO interview
Activities record
Some DODMERB remedials


So my question is: for the CFA and Activities record, I need more time. For example: I am almost done with my Eagle Project for Boy Scouts and Im not quite done training for my CFA.

So should I wait to submit those aspects of my application untill I feel they are ready? Or should I just submit them now? I feel like if I submit them now it wont matter, because they wont be strong enough anyways.

secondly: Our school's track in under construction...so I have nowhere to take my CFA...Where has everyone taken their CFA other than at a track?

a. i recall being told from a mid at stem that u can update ur application
being a life scout vs eagle is quite a diff (i'm working on my eagle right now)

as for cfa

it doesn;t have to be done at ur school
it can't be measuring off a mile on the road though

When I applied. I simply stated that I was working on my Gold Award and it should be completed by Month Year.

If you went to Summer Seminar, you should have a CFA score. If not or you weren't happy with it then find somewhere to take it...no matter what your file is not complete until you BGO and mine wouldn't conduct an interview until it was almost 75% complete.
