Appointee Data Collection help?

My son got the email about this when we were out at USAFA last weekend. When we got home, he tried to access it, but was only able to fill out part of it since there was a lot of info he didn't know (emergency numbers, etc.). Now when we try to go back into it, we just get an "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" message. I can go to all of the other links on the page, and IE is working fine for us everywhere else. Just wondering if the site is down or if somehow he wasn't able to leave the application and then return to it? Anyone else still able to access theirs?

You can definitely leave it and return later. It must be temporarily down.

Clear your cache and try it again. TOOLS: Internet Options: Delete: Delete:

Or you can not do it at all. They'll give you time to do it if it isn't completed when you inprocess.
