Appointee in trouble with the law

I thought I was pretty clear:

My son immediately reported the infraction to his MALO and his regional admissions coordinator.

He also described the circumstances and what he intended to do about the ticket.

If you have a question as to whether your intended response is sufficient, I suggest you contact your admissions coordinators. They will advise what you would need to do. Relying on second hand information to guide your response is probably not a good idea.

I'm having a flashback to all the tons of people posting on here last year, from about this time to R-day, about failing the drug test, DWI, etc etc etc. I really am hoping we don't see all that again. Come on 2015, represent!!:shake:

Well it's not a drug test, DWI, or underage drinking, but What is the likelihood that a misdemeanor for driving a ATV on the side of a backroad will affect your offer of an appointment?

Best thing to do is to call admissions and ask. To be perfectly honest, I don't know how USMA looks at ATV-related misdemeanors when considering your file

Minor traffic incidents aren't of concern. They're screening for gross negligence and just to have the complete picture. I was at fault in a minor but costly traffic accident months before shipping out. It wasn't even brought up during my security interview.
