Are there certain days out of the week when appointments are released or is it totally random?

Anecdotally, seems to have transitioned from Mondays to Wednesdays. Take that with a grain of salt.

Emailed admissions before, they said that the board meets every Monday and the portals are updated 7-10 days after, so yes Monday-Wednesday
