When the first big WAVE of offers of admission went out from West Point, the cadet applicants were given until April 15th to accept/decline the offer.

Thank you, My2Sons2017! That really helps a lot! Our DS is still waiting on a medical waiver, but we have been encouraged (on this forum) to accept at his second choice (TAMU) before their May 1st deadline "just in case" ...

Realistically, how long could this waiver process take? Is it possible for him to receive an offer late into June?

My DS received an email from his RC a few weeks ago and was told to be positive but put plan B in place and offers would be made into June. Not-so-patiently waiting ;-)

I know there is also a deadline on medical waivers, but I'm not sure what that exact date is so I won't post it here. If your candidate has not been in contact with their regional commander recently, I would strongly encourage some contact soon. Best of luck!

We have been trying to contact his RC with no luck .. no calls returned, no emails returned. Even our liaison is also trying with no results.

    Not so patiently waiting, too.
