My application portal says I will meet the first board scheduled on December 8th and results will be released Dec. 26th. Does anyone know if AFROTC first board is on time? I know this summer the opening of the application was pushed back a few weeks. Also will I get the results of the board first on the application website or in a letter? Thanks.

The boards are typically on time because the members on the board are ADAF on TDY. The release of the results can be shorter or longer than what they post on their website.

Just remember there are candidates rolled over to the next board for multiple reasons.
1. The board meets for a limited amount of days, if they don't get through all the applications they will roll them to the next board.
2. Some candidates I'll be on the cusp, between a 1 and 2, 2 and 7 and 7 and nothing. They may want to see a larger pool of applicants before awarding the scholarship.

Typically candidates awarded a scholarship learn via email/portal and than get the letter.
