I applied for the NROTC scholarship this summer and had everything completed by the first board. I am ranked 11/870 in my high school class with a GPA of 3.92 unweighted, but, I hardly have any extracurricular activities. I played volleyball and softball, and participated in student council. But, I didn't really have time to do much because I worked way too much, and I'm now regretting it. I'm an all around great person, but I feel as if my job limited my resume somewhat. Could they overlook this? I wrote in my application that I had a strong dedication to my job and also told my interviewing officer that I worked to help my family out. Will it affect my chance of getting selected? Will I even be selected at all? Sorry about all the questions, I'm just kinda nervous about it all.
