Are there a lot of people still waiting?

I've seen that people have started receiving TWE's already, but it still looks like BFE's are going out too? I am triple qualified and nomination, still with no word so I wonder what this mean if I'm still waiting. If I was denied wouldn't I have received my TWE already? But if I was accepted, wouldn't I have received my BFE already? Just confused by all this..
 
A lot of us have to hang in limbo until April 15...and those who are waitlisted will have to wait even more. Im also 3'Qd with a nomination and still waiting.
 
My DS is also 3 q'd with 2 nominations as well. Haven't heard a word from the Academy since his board qualified letter came in January. No BFE or TWE yet. Still waiting.....
 
From what I hear, those who haven't heard yet are on the bubble or waiting for medical clearance. So it could very easily go either way at this point (BFE or TWE).
 
What do You mean by "on the bubble"? I'm still waiting as well. I can barely handle it! I wish I just knew already

On the bubble means, at this point, it is a 50/50 chance. We are close to getting both the TWE and BFE. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
 
It is really close. Those who are still waiting are mostly really qualified and successful candidates that may or may not get an appointment based on how many more slots they have left.
 
Oh. Well, I guess in a way that's kind of exciting. It's better than hearing something like, the rest of the people still waiting are done for, there's no more slots lol.

I agree Ive heard a huge range of responses coming from there's almost no BFE's left, to many BFE's haven't gone out yet.

Its driving me crazy! I am 3Q'd with a nom as well. I try not to think about the academy too much, I don't wanna get my hopes up lol
 
That's not so bad though. I have a few friends at BU and they love it. I haven't heard back from ROTC yet but hopefully that can happen as a back up.
 
Acemaverick, it looks like we are in good company. My daughter is still waiting as well.
 
Still waiting in Arizona. Have USCGA and NROTC at USC in the wings, so I am good.:thumb:
