Army bases after commisioning

It sounds ridiculous, I know, but about 15-20% or so of each FA BOLC class finds a way to do it.
What is it about FA BOLC. I know a WP grad that failed FA BOLC.

Academically, it's the hardest BOLC other than flight school (if you count it as a BOLC). The thing that trips up most people is that it's like learning a whole new language, mixed with a little ballistic theory, and you must score atleast an 80.00% on every test to pass. A 79.99% and you fail. That doesn't sound overly difficult, and in reality no one thing is hard here, but it's like drinking from a firehouse and you're not focusing on one thing at a time. And nobody is immune from failing and being recycled. In fact, on our block 1 tests (the first section of the course), close to half of the class failed a test including USMA, USNA, ROTC, and OCS grads.

Most definitely. They're all here. It gets fun to watch from time to time as some of the instructors are USNA grads.
