How are these scores?

I'm being a bit vague with numbers so that I cannot be identified, but it's about ±1 seconds within the true value.

~70 pushups
~50 sit-ups
7:50 mile

PFA

Are you a male or female?

Honestly that run score, and situp score are fairly low. I would work to get my run below 7 even.

Curl ups are good

He actually did well on the curl ups....

Question for AROTCPMS

Sir,

My DS did 50 Push ups, 52 curl ups, and a 6:28 run. How do you think he looks? There is still time to take it again.

Thanks for any advice you can offer. I also have enjoyed reading many of your other posts.

AROTCPMS, Sir
how do my scores look for the PFA, i'm a female.

1 min. push ups: 20
1 min. curl ups: 37
mile run: 9:15( I know this is very slow, it's the worst time I've ever gotten as I was really nervous that day)

I agree on the run, but his sit ups are fine. As long as he did them correctly.

Your scores are pretty low, especially those push ups. I would recommend exercising a lot and re-take the PFA in a month or two.

Thanks for the advice, mind if I ask what you would consider good scores for girls then if mine are the low?
