interesting - when I went to Ranger School (95) it just changed from leadership to light infantry tactics course. The talk was the move was prevent females from attending - if this is a leadership course female soldiers should be able attend.

I know before the 95 change, pretty much any branch could attend (no offense to AG or Finance officers), but after 95 limited to basically soldiers in Ranger coded positions (Infantry, Forward Observers, Scouts, Ranger unit members and etc)

That changed a long time ago. Any male combat arms officer could attend. in the last 10 years.
