Hello All,

I am taking my physical test shortly, it is the last part I need on the application. I was not able to take it earlier due to a soccer injury. I am concerned that my times are not going to be the best because I was not able to do much exercise with my injury. I did a practice test and my mile time is 6:00 my pushups are 64 and sit-ups are at 58 are these still competitive times??

Based on those results your afpt score would be 258. That will get you contracted.

These are better scores/time than my DS had and he was awarded a scholarship by the first board.
