It seems that CC does not need ACT/SAT scores sent directly from the testing agency, ie scanned copies emailed is all that is required. Is this correct?
Same question with regards to transcripts; emailed scanned copies are all that is required?

If I call correctly we scanned/emailed both and they were accepted. SA's and MOC's require hard copies.

Assuming reason why is that the colleges required the hard copies for admission, hence if the college on your list admits you they have it on file, and no need for them to have it.

 We all know what ASSUME means!:shake:

your transcripts are going to be verified by your guidance counselor. There is a form CC will send to you to have your guidance counselor fill out. I believe the SAT/ACT scores are asked for on that form too, so that may be their way of verifying.
