Does Army ROTC require an official high school transcript or can it be unofficial? On the scholarship application website, there is no specific mention as to whether or not the transcript has to be official. What do you all have to say? Should I play it safe and upload an official transcript or will it not matter?

If you have the ability to upload an official transcript, why would you not do so?

Check out Cadet Command Form 168-R (CC Form 168-R), dated July 2012. Instructions on that form indicate the Transcript needs to be signed or stamped by the school (making it official).

I was able to submit an online unofficial version and it was accepted by cadet command. I now have my PMS interview next week!
