A West Point Admissions Briefing, which will include complete information on college Army ROTC, will be held prior to the Army v. Wake Forest football game on Saturday, September 20, 2014. *The time of the briefing will be approximately 4 hours before kickoff time, which has yet to be announced. *Because TV coverage dictates the kickoff time, that time may not be announced until several weeks before the game, although it is expected to be around noon.
The location of the briefing will be in the Winston-Salem Rooms (also called the Windsor Club) at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial (LJVM) Coliseum, 2825 University Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC. *
Directions to LJVM. *Go to Google Maps (or any other search engine) and enter 2825 University Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC. *You might use the satellite view for an accurate depiction of the area. *You will enter the Coliseum from the east entrance and you will see a sign stating WINDSOR CLUB. *Enter at this door. *There is a big parking lot in front of the east entrance. *
We suggest you attend the West Point pre-game party at the Coliseum Annex, which is about a 4 minute walk from the Coliseum. *This will be attended by Army fans, and you will have a chance to mingle with active duty and retired soldiers, West Point graduates, etc. *You may also wish to attend the football game. *To register and pay for the Tailgate and/or game, go to this secure online website, where you will find complete details of the tailgate and game:

LOCATION.*Pre-game Tailgate is inside the Annex (comfortable, air-conditioned) at Winston-Salem Fairgrounds, 482 Deacon Boulevard, located in same parking lot complex as Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial (LJVM) Coliseum, 2861 University Parkway, Winston-Salem. *The Annex is just across street from football stadium (BB&T Field). *We expect the Cadet Glee Club to sing and Rabble Rousers and Spirit Band to perform. *All your friends will be here so do not miss out.
