    Hello,
About a week ago I received DoDMERB medical papers associated with Concorde. My Scholarship status was

    Transcript: Received
    SAT/ACT Scores: Received
    Interview: Received
    Physical Fitness Test: Received
    School Choice: Received
    Academic Major: Received
    Medical: Not Received

Now my status was changed to:

You have been offered an Army ROTC Scholarship. We must receive your acceptance/declination by the date in your letter or the offer will be withdrawn. Your name will be sent to DODMERB the day your winner letter is printed. There will be about 72 workweek hours prior to being able to see your name in the DODMERB system.

You may check your medical qualification status by visiting the Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board DoDMERB WebSite

I was reading some threads and people have been saying that their acceptance letter came first before their DoDMERB letter.

So far I haven't received any acceptance letter. I went on DoDMERB this is whats said:

    Date Event Code(s)
05-APR-11 Date applicant entered into DoDMERB system
    05-APR-11 Application Added
    07-APR-11 Date to Contractor

    Agency: US Army ROTC
    Cycle Year:2010

The date that I was entered to DoDMERB was the 5th and the army said they were going to send my acceptance letter the day they send my name to DoDMERB and its the 18th.

Should I be worried that my acceptance letter got lost in the mail or something?

    Sorry for the long post.

    Thanks!

letters are being mailed this week. If you haven't received a letter by next week you should worry. I think you'll be OK.
