On my DD application the "Academic Information" tab says pending approval. When does this get changed to completed? Is it waiting for the counselor feedback? Do they send an email to the HS counselor? Thanks for your help!

If memory serves me correctly (and last year seems so far away now!), there is a form the counselor must send back, and the transcript...I think! Someone help me out here.
You may want to check with the counselor and see if they have gotten anything from Cadet Command and tell them how important it is to get it in. Good luck!
Seems like a rat-race now, but it sure pays off in the end to have everything submitted in time for the first board!

When my DS was going through this process last year, he basically had to stalk his guidance counselor. Once he was able to get face time with him, he submitted the form while DS was there.

Hang in there!

Just went through this problem: all my tabs were green except for academic information, and it said the the guidance counselor feedback had been 'sent'. Turns out that you enter you academic information and send your transcript, but the guidance counselor must verify your class rank, GPA, honors classes, etc. before the academic tab would turn green. After checking with my guidance counselor, it turned out that the email address on my application was wrong. After fixing it and emailing cadet command, they resent it. Guidance counselor filled it out and sent it back the same day. I'm just waiting for it to be verified now. Guidance counselor feedback is now 'recieved'.

Guidance Counselor and Transcripts

Hi. Am a former Army ROTC PMS.

On your online application, you fill in the name of your Guidance Counselor and his/her email. Army ROTC then generates a request for him/her to upload an official transcript.

You can see if this has been completed by checking the status online.

Good luck!
