Not gonna lie those sat scores are horrendous. Get a tutor NOW. Rest of the application looks great though!

I agree. They use superscores and barely breaking 1000 is going to also be an issue from an admissions perspective, unless you have a hook somewhere in your application.

Not trying to be Debbie Downer, but just as there is a chance to get no scholarship, and accepted to colleges on your list, there is also a chance you get a scholarship, but rejected from the college.

It really in my opinion going to also come down to your college list that you submitted. Are they matches or reaches? Are any of them a safety?

So far I have been admitted into Oregon state and university of Arizona, I am pretty sure I will get into the other schools I applied to but the only reach school is Penn State. Penn state is my ultimate reach school

Jeanmarcos....
What is your plan B if you don't get a scholarship? Focus on the schools that you can afford to attend even without a scholarship. (Look into WUE discounts) Contact the ROO of that school's AROTC program. Be aware that you can still enroll as a non-scholarship AROTC cadet and then knock the cover off the ball in your freshman year as a MS-1. You can possibly earn a campus based scholarship this way.
