AROTC Dashboard Notification

Hi Everyone,

This is my first post and I have been monitoring the boards for a little over a month. First I want to say that this site is a true blessing for a mom whom is new to all things military.

My question is this. My son just forwarded me an email he received stating
"This is general notification that your dashboard has been updated with a message or an alert. Please logon and visit the dashboard for more information."

I know since he is at school he won't be able to check so I logged in and took a look. His dashboard is saying "Your Physical Fitness Assessment document was not approved. Please delete it and upload a new one."

However, when you look at his File Upload section all his documents are green or showing approved including his PFA.

Is this another glitch in the system or should he delete an approved document and resubmit?

Did anyone else receive a notice similar this morning?

There were some notices like this last week where everyone received such emails and yet all items were green/go. It was a glitch then. I suspect the same is true here but it is always best to confirm with official sources. I wouldn't take any steps until you've checked it out with support.

Make sure he continues to hound Cadet Command until they give him a clear answer; last thing you want to do is to let that issue sit around and potentially causing you to miss a board.

The message that your dashboard said was different from the error messages that came last wk. The error message that came previously did not indicate a missing item. I would agree and reiterate what Thompson said and follow through asap. You may even want to call as I am not sure how quickly emails have been responded to (especially now with furloughs) and you are running up against the first board.
