AROTC dental records

DS was asked to provide this also, cadre explained in order to travel in any Army vehicle these records had to be on file. Yep, it gave me a shiver

What do they need for these dental records? Just x-rays or more? Can we request them in advance from Dentist or does Dentist need to send them directly?

I gave the dentist the ROO's name and address, he mailed an X Ray and a note asking if they needed anything else; so far, so good.
