AROTC interview question

Could you please tell me...my son did receive notification on dashboard of local schools with whom to interview and we understand possible benefit of going to first choice school.

Question - do all applicants who complete the application requirements get to interview or are some declined if their application does not sppear to meet standards. In other words should we be encouraged or is the interview granted to all applicants?

I'm fairly certain you have to meet the minimum requirements to be allowed to interview. They won't waste a PMS's time by making him interview someone with a 1.4 GPA.

While I'm pretty sure that is true, I don't think you should read too much into being allowed to interview. Your DS has met the minimum requirements. There is still a long row to hoe and a lot of tough competition. Doing well in the interview can help. Good luck to your DS!
