AROTC Scholarship March Board

I was wondering how long it would take Cadet Command to make their decisions, (I'm guessing 2-3 weeks?). Also, how do scholarship winners find out they were awarded the scholarship, would there be a notification through the Army ROTC Scholarship dashboard or mail? Thank you!

This is how the timeline for the first AROTC board for 2013-2014 went:

About 2 ½ weeks from the first board a mass emailing went out to the winners in the afternoon stating that they had received a scholarship. The email said that a follow-up letter should be received about 7-10 days later.

The next day, one school of the three that were offered (to first board recipients) was listed online at the Army ROTC scholarship status site.

Then, within just a few days, a copy of the winner letter was posted in the scholarship portal (not the check status site) under the file upload system, titled "winner letter." It reflected all the schools the candidate was offered to choose from, and whether it was a 3 or 4 year scholarship award.

The actual mailed award letter started arriving to winners about 5 days from the email notification. (Though, it was the same as the one that could already be viewed on the portal).

The second board: notification timing, again, was 2 1/2 to 3 weeks from the board date. However, things went a little differently with the second board notifications. For more info on that read through this thread:

3rd and final board is March 10th. Expect the results to be released 2-3 weeks afterwards.
