AROTC Scholarship status "unknown"

I checked my scholarship status today and it changed from boarded to unknown. What does this mean? It says it is unknown while information is being processed and to check back later today or tomorrow for changes.

Thanks in advance!
 
Checked on mine as well and it has said "Unknown" for almost a week. The message on the page says to contact them if the status does not change for a day or two. We have emailed that address twice and received no response. Not sure what is happening.
