How long does it usually take for the SAT/ACT to reach them? I set mine roughly 3 weeks ago and they still have not recieved the scores.

I sent my scores to USMA at the same time and on my portal it says the scores.

Cadet Command is not the fastest agency when it comes to updating. You might want to email and better yet call them to make sure the scores arrived ok.
 
How did you "send them" and who is "they"? Email a screen shot of your scores from the SAT website to train2lead@usacc.army.mil and cc the point of contact at Cadet Command. If you mailed them it may be a while.
 
I used the ACT option for them to mail it for me. "They" are cadet command, on my portal it still says "not received" for SAT/ACT.
 
My DS logged into ACT site, generated/saved PDF of official score report, emailed to both personal contact (contained in letter from Cadet Command) and train2lead@usacc.army.mil. It showed up as "received" shortly after that.
